• Receive SMS: Ensure the number can receive SMS messages.
• Latest Version: Use the latest version of Tepnot.
• Disable Interferences: Turn off any call-blocking settings, apps or task killers.
• Internet Connection: Have a stable internet connection via mobile data or Wi-Fi. Poor connectivity or roaming can disrupt registration. Test by opening a web page.
• Unique Numbers: Use a unique phone number for Tepnot Business and Tepnot.
• Supported Numbers: Tepnot supports mobile numbers but not VoIP, landlines, toll-free numbers, paid premium numbers or universal access numbers (UAN).
