How to back up your chat history

  1. Open Tepnot: Launch the Tepnot application on your device.
  2. Go to Settings: Navigate to the Settings menu by tapping the three dots in the top right corner.
  3. Choose Chat Backup: Tap on “Chat Backup ” to access the backup options.
  4. Initiate Backup: Tap “Back Up” to manually back up your chat history. You can also set up automatic backups by selecting the backup frequency (daily, weekly or monthly).
