Can’t make or receive Tepnot video calls
Verify Camera and Microphone Access
Tepnot needs access to your device’s camera and microphone for video calls. Check your device’s app permissions to ensure that Tepnot has access to both. Without these permissions, video calls won’t function correctly.
Close Background Apps
Running too many apps simultaneously can affect your device’s performance and cause issues with video calls. Close any unnecessary apps running in the background to free up resources for Tepnot.
Test Your Camera
If your video call isn’t connecting or if the other person can’t see you, test your device’s camera with other apps to ensure it’s working properly. If the camera works in other apps but not in Tepnot, try reinstalling the app.
Reinstall Tepnot
If none of the above solutions work, try uninstalling and then reinstalling Tepnot. This can resolve any app-specific issues that might be affecting your ability to make video calls.
