Can’t make or receive voice calls
Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network. Tepnot voice calls require a strong internet connection to function properly. If your connection is weak or unstable, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data or move to an area with better signal strength.
Update Tepnot
Make sure you are using the latest version of Tepnot. Outdated versions may cause issues with voice calls. Visit your app store to check for any available updates and install them.
Review App Permissions
Tepnot requires certain permissions to make and receive calls. Check that you have granted Tepnot the necessary permissions, including access to your microphone and network. You can verify these settings in your device’s app settings under “Permissions” for Tepnot.
Disable Call-Blocking Features
If you have any call-blocking apps or settings enabled on your device, they might interfere with Tepnot’s voice calls. Temporarily disable these features and try making the call again.
Restart Your Device
Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Power off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Once restarted, try making a voice call again.
Check for Software Updates
Ensure your device’s operating system is up to date. Software updates can include important fixes that improve app performance, including the ability to make and receive voice calls.
