How to exit and delete groups

Exit a Group

• Open the group chat you want to exit.
• Tap the group name at the top to open the group info screen.
• Scroll down and tap “Exit Group.”
• Confirm your choice to leave the group.

OR

• Open the group chat you want to exit.
• Then click on the three dots icon at the top right side.
• Select the ‘Exit Group’ option, and a confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to exit the group or not.
• Confirm your choice to leave the group.

Delete a Group

• After exiting the group, it will remain in your chat list.
• Tap the group name at the top to open the group info screen.
• Scroll down and tap “Delete Group.”
• Confirm your choice to delete the group.

OR

• After exiting the group, it will remain in your chat list.
• Press and hold the chat you want to delete.
• Click on the delete icon at the top.
